Millie’s Cleaning Service LLC is looking for dependable, detail-oriented Cleaning Specialists to join our growing team in Jacksonville, Florida.

We specialize in vacation rental (Airbnb) turnovers, residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, move-in/move-out cleanings, and deep cleaning services. If you take pride in your work, enjoy staying active, and want consistent work with opportunities to grow, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do:

Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas.
Dust, sanitize, and disinfect surfaces.
Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
Make beds and replace linens.
Restock supplies and amenities.
Prepare vacation rental properties for guest arrivals.
Complete quality inspections before leaving each property.
Follow company cleaning checklists and standards.

Requirements:

Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
Smartphone with internet access.
Ability to work independently after training.
Strong attention to detail.

Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform physical cleaning tasks.
Typical work hours are between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, though start and finish times may vary depending on the day’s schedule.
Weekend and holiday availability is required due to vacation rental turnovers.

Training Process:

All new team members complete:

Phone interview.
Paid working interview.
Hands-on training before working independently.

Weekly Pay: Weekly earnings typically range from $400–$650+, depending on availability, experience, performance, and the number of jobs completed.
